How we can best serve as your online partner.

Our goal is to be as clear as possible and work as effectively as we can together. Outlined below are some basics of how we organize our client project work. We have found this process to be a thorough and effective pathway to your successful project launch.

Client Communications

During your project we primarily use a simple project management system to keep everything organized, up to date and in one place. Of course, we will also be available by phone / video for further discussions and clarifications, as needed. We do our best to reply the same business day (during business hours).

What we need from you

Before we can start the design and develop process, we will need certain information from you, such as:

    We need to see: what inspires you, images that match the look and feel you are after for the website, colors to coordinate with your logo, etc. If you need branding and/or a logo created, this will be done prior to the website design process.

    We need your content before we complete the design of the website (i.e. text copy and images you want to use).

Project Timelines

The process order is:
  1. 50% payment on Project Acceptance – Strategy and Onboarding and Content Gathering
  2. Draft design and review with client. Remaining Content Submitted
  3. Final Design Approval. Develop Website and Review
  4. Website Approval and Final 50% Payment
  5. Launch, Training and Website Turnover
  6. Ongoing Support (Hosting, Maintenance, Updates, etc.) based on contract details.


50% of projected project costs are due prior to beginning of work to secure your spot on our schedule. The remaining 50% of projected costs are due before the website launches. If the scope of work and/or timeline needs changes, additional costs are added and due before website launch.


Sometimes things just simply don’t go the way we expect them to. If, at some point, either of us decides our working relationship is failing, then we can submit the desire to part ways in writing and payment for all work completed at that point will be due.

For example, if you wish to cancel the project after this agreement has been executed, your initial 50% deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you cancel the project at any point after the design and development phase is well underway, you will be liable for the entire cost of the project. You will own any completed or partially completed logo, content or image files, and may use them in any way you choose.
